Well NZ Post does a great job at compiling the NZPost eCommerce Market Sentiments Report and their 2022 version recently came out, so I wanted to highlight some good stuff.
37% more people are online in the last year, there was a 19% uplift in the online economy, 17% of our wonderful retailers have created a better shopping experience for users online, 28% of people intended on buying more online in the coming year, and this morning my 5 year old daughter said I smell nice, so really life is still quite good.
