H: So Jeff, you don’t talk much about SEO, what’s the reason behind that?
J: Hi Heather,
Well, put bluntly, often it’s a sham and i'm a big believer in building brand, not trying to game the Google system.
The word SEO is bandied about by all and sundry, but in reality very few can deliver real results. Many business owners think of SEO as a magic trick and it’s this lack of clarity that opens up the industry to grift.
With that said however, we have just finished reviewing our internal process for SEO and made it easier to understand, more transparent and ultimately more lucrative for our clients.
Our updated process includes
> Inspection, i.e. understanding what you already have,
> Improvement, i.e. making smart changes for solid results
> Maintenance, i.e. making incremental changes, or accumulated success
