Kyle Harris Intermediate Project Manager
Born and bred in Auckland, I’m currently based in One Tree Hill. Life is a busy but rewarding mix of work, sport, and keeping up with my six-year-old son.
My background in sales and marketing spans media, print, and the F&B industry. I joined Web Wonks because I’m interested in the strategy behind the numbers and the accountability that comes with it.
For me, the most important part of the job is the development of trust. I focus on building genuine, long-term relationships where I’m working alongside my clients to make sure their digital campaigns deliver a measurable, real-world result. It’s about being a reliable partner and ensuring the strategy actually stacks up over time.
When I’m not at work, I’m usually staying active. I’m a big fan of sport and try to get away for a bit of travel whenever I can. If the weather is right, I’m out on the water fishing or diving; otherwise, I’m in the kitchen cooking for family and friends.
Jess Falconer Project Manager
Jess specialises in bringing company and brand stories to life. With a strong background in social media marketing and content creation, and a zeal for the creative, she lives for the moment when a new, innovative idea clicks. She draws immense satisfaction from making genuine connections with clients and working together to achieve their goals. With a sharp eye for detail and a calm, organised approach, she’s known for bringing structure to complex projects without losing the human touch.
This unique combination of creativity and structure stems from a lifelong passion for learning; Jess proudly completed a Bachelor of Arts (History) in 2015, which honed her ability to research, analyse, and construct compelling narratives - a skill directly applied to digital marketing strategy today.
Having spent several years living in London, Jess brings a global perspective and adaptable mindset to every project she takes on. Her time overseas helped shape her love of culture, people, and fast-paced environments — qualities that now shine through in the way she collaborates with clients and teams alike. Friendly, down-to-earth, and always up for a laugh, Jess believes the best work happens when people genuinely enjoy what they do.
Lewis Palmer Project Manager
I am a small town kid from the hub of the north island (Kaikohekohe). Father of 4 (Manaaki, Te Kauri, Tyler-James & Lou), grandfather of 1 (Lockie), husband of 1 (Felicity).
Professional growth is the main reason I joined Web Wonks. I find I thrive best in process-orientated environments, and Web Wonks have that. When they’re good, I’m good.
One day I will guide, coach and nurture a team of people that came from the same humble beginnings as I. Apart from doing my job the best I can, I want to be able to provide an avenue for future Project Managers / Account managers, to be able to not only experience this industry, but to excel in it as well.
I enjoy exploring. Free diving and kai gathering (kina, paua, mussels, crayfish, FISH). I enjoy the outdoors and ocean because it is one of the places that makes me feel free.
I’m a curious person. I will ask questions, question a question, and dive deeper into something. Not because I want to know the details, but because I want to know the process.
